Overview
Detective Rick Santoro, a corrupt cop with the Atlantic City Police Department, attends a boxing match with his childhood friend Kevin Dunne, a U.S. Navy Commander. Dunne is escorting Defense Secretary Kirkland following the test of a new missile system. During the match, a sniper shoots Kirkland and the woman next to him, who was trying to warn him about a conspiracy. Santoro orders the venue shut down and tries to find the wounded woman, whom he believes had a role in the Secretary's death. During the investigation, he learns the case leads to a military cover up at the highest levels.
