Overview
This reimagining of Romeo and Juliet tells the story of two star-crossed lovers in modern Verona beach. The family feud still remains although swords have been replaced with guns and gentlemen defending the honor of their associated families are now reminiscent of street gangs. Despite chaos going on around them, when Romeo and Juliet meet at a masquerade party, they still feel drawn to each other. When they meet again underneath Juliet’s bedroom balcony, they make a decision that will take them down a deadly path.
