Overview
Truman Gates is a cop in Chicago who has alienated his Kentucky family by moving to the big city and convincing his brother Gerald to do the same. Gerald takes a job driving a delivery truck and ends up in an incident involving the Chicago mob and winds up being shot dead. Truman figures out who killed Gerald, but his other brother Briar, who has been having problems since he lost his job at the mine, shows up in Chicago looking for Gerald. After Briar ends up dead as well, Truman wages a full scale war on the crime family for killing both of his brothers.
