During his days working for the CIA, Jack Paul Quinn specialized in dealing with terrorists. One of Quinn's chief targets was a man named Stavros, but when Stavros seemingly stopped his activities, Quinn retired to enjoy a quiet life with his pregnant wife. Quinn is pulled back into service when Stavros becomes active again. He sets up an elite force that tracks Stavros to an amusement park, but a moment's hesitation by Quinn helps Stavros avoid the assassination plot and costs the lives of Quinn's men. Quinn's mistake lands him in an anti-terrorism organization that shuts its agents away from the world. When Quinn learns that Stavros has kidnapped his wife, he escapes and joins an arms dealer name Yaz to get his revenge. |
