Frank Drebin's police days are behind him. As a retired police officer, Frank is going stir-crazy as he tries to find something to do at home. His wife, Jane, is pushing for a baby, but Frank longs for the excitement of criminal activity. His former colleagues, Nordberg and Hocken, inform Frank that a terrorist is on the loose, courtesy of an incarcerated criminal from Frank's past. At the protests of his wife, Frank agrees to an undercover sting to shake out the terrorist. With slapstick hijinks ensuing, Frank slowly tracks down the terrorist as he engages socially with a buxom blonde, Tanya Peters. This blonde is the terrorist's girlfriend, but Jane is not aware of that as she is pulled into the criminal ring. Frank and Jane must outsmart the terrorist and his band of criminals before anyone is harmed by a hidden bomb. |
