Overview
Two half-brothers with wildly different personal lives are both New York City Transit Police Officers. John is the dependable one who goes by the book; Charlie is the loose cannon with disregard for authority. Both are romantically interested in a female co-worker who isn't sure if she prefers the reckless thrill-seeker or the calm and collected one. Things heat up when Charlie's gambling debts lead him to attempt a high-risk heist from the New York City subway on New Year's Eve. Torn between his love for his brother and his respect for his job, John must decide how he can best help his brother--by helping him pull-off the robbery, or by letting him get caught.
