Overview
Anna Taylor gets into a terrible accident not long after attending the funeral for her teacher. She wakes up alive in the local morgue run by creepy Eliot Deacon. Deacon breaks the news that she is dead, he knows this because he can see and talk to dead people like her. Anna doesn't believe Eliot. For one thing, he keeps injecting her with a muscle relaxant drug. She sneaks to a phone and seeks help from boyfriend, Paul, who thinks she is dead. Paul becomes convinced that Anna just may be alive. Meanwhile, Eliot prepares Anna for her funeral, which Paul attends. She cannot move to alert anyone of her plight. Paul gets drunk, drives to the cemetary and now finds himself on Eliot's morgue table.
