Overview
In A Thousand and One, Inez, a fiercely loyal single mother, kidnaps her son Terry from the foster care system. Together, they set out to reclaim their sense of home, identity, and stability in a rapidly changing New York City. Along the way, they encounter a cast of characters who help them on their journey, including a homeless man, a drug dealer, and a social worker. Through it all, Inez and Terry learn to rely on each other and find the strength to overcome any obstacle.
