Alex Pruitt is a young boy who lives in Chicago. Because of a mix-up at the airport, his ornery neighbor, Mrs. Hess, ends up with a remote control car in which a gang of spies has hidden an important microchip, but not realizing its significance, she gives Alex the toy. The child becomes aware of the spies' plan to plunder the neighborhood in search of the car, and he takes it upon himself to defend his house. Alex may be young, but he has no shortage of ingenuity. The would-be thieves, Alice, Beaupre, Jernigan and Unger, have no idea what they're up against with this child who uses everything that he can get his hands on to create a series of traps to foil them. |
