Overview
As long as it has been around, the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) has been involved in some very interesting projects. In the 1960s, the organization partners with scientist Ford Strauss to investigate certain aspects of psychiatry. It is not long, though, before Strauss realizes that maybe he is in over his head. The CIA is so powerful, and the experiments they are running in a Missouri mental ward are more intense than anything he could have imagined, even in his wildest dreams.
