Overview
Brian is a Marine honorably discharged but who now finds himself adrift because he can't adjust to life outside the military. He suffers from PTSD and other conditions resulting from his service. When he becomes homeless, Brian also becomes desperate. He decides to enter a bank with a bomb. He takes the bank staff hostage and says he will detonate the bomb unless the V.A. and government starts to pay him the money he is owed as an ex-Marine. A tense standoff ensues between the bank staff as a fellow former Marine and cop tries to negotiate with Brian
