Phil Blackwood has a mildly success career as an author of detective books. However, most people tend to agree that his novels are generally terrible. He has been suffering from writer’s block for some time, and has nearly given up on writing altogether. When he meets Nina, he thinks she is lovely and sweet, and when he discovers she is a suspect in a murder, he decides to claim that she was with him during the time the crime was committed because there is no way that she could be guilty. However, he soon discovers that she might be a responsible for that murder, and he must use his detective skills to verify for himself whether or not he can trust her after he nearly dies. |
