Overview
Western drama 1883 follows the Dutton family as they join a wagon train of immigrants attempting to make it to Montana. The journey is plagued by harsh terrain, starvation, and several tragedies. While the travelers assume that Indians will be their most ardent adversary, they soon find that death comes in a number of forms. The harsh journey gives an authentic look into the suffering many people endured while trying to find a better life.
