Overview
Ben is a former tough New York City cop who has lost his edge. He takes the job of police chief in a small Georgia town and hopes to finish out his career with less drama. When a young woman goes missing, Chief Ben shows little enthusiasm for solving the case. That prompts three dangerous troublemakers, Toby, Roy and Grace, to take matters into their own hands. They break into the home of a wealthy local resident and hold him hostage. They think he knows what happened to their missing friend. An already dicey situation spirals dangerously out of control.
