Overview
A large mafia gathering in 1980 meet up to divide Italy's heroin trade. Tommaso, one of the mafia crime bosses selling heroin, is aggravated at his son's addiction to the product. He takes his family to Brazil to guide the manufacturing and distribution, but back in Italy, Toto Riina directs assaults on Tommaso's crime family and allies. In order to protect his family, most notably his wife, Tommaso makes a hard choice to ally with law enforcement to serve as a witness against the Sicilian mafia's deed. His evidence and presence brings the hammer down on mobsters in one of the largest mafia busts in Italian history.
