Overview
In Appalachia, the Conley clan, which is made up of siblings Kip, Josie and Boots, make a living by selling prescription opioid painkillers. When Kip, a military veteran, discovers that his girlfriend is pregnant, he decides that it's time for the family to try to go straight even though their illegal business has been the most viable way to earn money in the poverty-stricken region. When some youths die during a deal, Kip is even more convinced that they need to stop dealing once and for all. Yet, his siblings aren't as eager. As the police build a case against the family, Kip is confronted with betrayal and blow-back from the people he loves.
