Overview
Although she survived two violent tours of duty in the Middle East and saw her husband obliterated by an IED, Clair Hamilton is not invulnerable. Her vulnerability comes to the fore when persons unknown kidnap her son and hold him for ransom. However, instead of paying their demands, Clair turns the tables by becoming the hunter, tracking the kidnappers through a snowy, winter wilderness. However, the man called Father and his gang are not going to be easy prey. Clair walks thin ice, faces mangy wolves, and clashes with a pack of ruthless villains in her quest to find her son.
