A secret room in a public library is the meeting place and weapons arsenal for an underground group of female assassins. They come together to help one of their own, Sam, when she becomes the target of a group of deadly male killers. Sam finds herself becoming the protector of an eight-year-old girl and must enlist the help of her estranged assassin mother to keep the child safe from harm.
