Overview
Nico Toscani is an ex-CIA martial arts expert working as a cop in Chicago. He and his partner uncover a huge drug deal with ties to a man Toscani knows well, Zagon. Toscani worked with the corrupt and sadistic Zagon while interrogating prisoners during the Vietnam War. Toscani is puzzled when he learns that the man who he arrested during the drug bust is released and tries to find out why. He discovers that the drug deal is part of a plan to fund the takeover of Nicaragua. Toscani is told to keep his distance, but things get personal when Zagon and his men threaten Toscani's family.
