Overview
William "Bill" S. Preston, Esquire and his best friend, Theodore "Ted" Logan, haven't created the future that they saw in their last adventure. Their epic song didn't make the world a better place. Instead, they're stuck trying to navigate middle age and raising daughters while also dealing with audiences who don't appreciate their music. When someone from the future visits, they're given a new purpose: They have 78 minutes to write the epic song that will save the universe from destruction. Since they've been struggling to write it for most of their lives, the two heroes decide that their only option is to try to steal it from their future selves. Yet, time traveling and dimension hopping is a risky business. To save everyone, they must ask for help from Death, other old friends and famous musicians from throughout history.
