Overview
Jonah, Joel and Manny are on a path to tear through their childhood. With parents who have a broken and relatively unpredictable marriage, the boys are often left to fend for themselves. As their parents fight and argue with one another, Joel and Manny become hardened versions of their father. With the obvious change to his brothers, Jonah realizes that he needs to find a way to escape so that he doesn't fall into the same parental role himself later on in life. Because of a life surrounded by violence and fear, Jonah creates and embraces an imagined world all of his own creation.
