Overview
Brad and Kate usually spend Christmas in Fiji, miles away from their dysfunctional, often unbearable families. This year, however, an inopportune storm foils their vacation plans and forces them to spend the holidays with the families they try so vigorously to avoid. In one whirlwind day, Brad and Kate must visit all four sets of their divorced parents, step-parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews while braving embarrassing family secrets, tense encounters, and awkward social situations with each new homecoming. Though Brad and Kate are desperate to fulfill their filial obligations and jet off to Fiji as soon as possible, the things they discover about each other during their four wild Christmases could affect them—and their relationship—forever.
