Overview
Sidney Hall is a divisive author who has written a novel loosely based on one of his former classmates who has died. The novel ends up being a runaway success, but unfortunately estranges Sidney from his longtime girlfriend Melody. One day, Sidney suddenly disappears. A decade has now passed since the disappearance, and a detective now seeks to explain the mysteries surrounding the author: not only did he vanish, but Sidney's other books have been linked to the work of an arsonist.
