Overview
It turns out that moving to the wealthy enclave of Palos Verdes is more difficult than it may seem at first. For one high school girl named Medina, life seems practically impossible until she discovers her talent for surfing. Suddenly, it seems as if she may be able to surf her way out of her problems-if she and her brother Jim are able to successfully avoid the Bayboys gang that dominates the shore.
