Overview
Ingrid Thorburn is obsessed with Taylor Sloane, an "influencer" whose photos of her dreamy bohemian-chic life have made her famous on social media. The socialite's seemingly perfect life makes Ingrid's boring day-to-day, especially following her mother's death, seem unbearable. Soon, Ingrid, who places more value on Instagram likes than nurturing real relationships, moves to Los Angeles in attempts to insert herself into Taylor's life. Amongst the breezy dresses and mouthwatering brunches, the friendship between the two women moves from fun to dark.
