Overview
An eleite DEA team locates the leader of one of the most violent drug cartels in Eastern Europe: Joseph Salazar. After being warned not to kill him, they accidentally do so on site. Later, while waiting for pickup, they learn that Salazar is in fact not dead. The DEA flipped him and made a deal where he agreed to provide witness testimony. The DEA agents and Salazar must wait 24 hours for an extraction at a local luxury resort hotel. When Salazar's former criminal associates attack the building, the agents must do everything possible to protect him and stay alive.
