Overview
Fred Frenger is a career criminal that decides to put his past behind him and start all over again in South Beach, Florida. But the free-wheeling nature of Miami soon appeals to Frenger's wild side and he starts his own crime wave that includes robbery, drugs and a killing spree. Along the way, Frenger meets up with a girl named Susie who is working her way through college using the oldest profession in the world. The two decide to try and grab all that they can by robbing Miami blind and they embark on a crime spree that the area has never seen before. A cop named Hoke Moseley, who is just about ready to retire from the Miami police force, is determined to stop Frenger and Susie before they can kill again.
