Overview
U.S. Marine Marc Conway returns from fighting the Vietnam War to his home in Memphis, only to find himself shamed, demonized and shunned by those who were against the war. Conway is dealing with the emotional trauma left over from the horrors of combat, while struggling to reestablish a normal life. But things get dangerous and go downhill fast when he gets mixed up with a powerful criminal syndicate who want to employ him as a hired killer. The Vietnam Vet refuses at first, but life has a way of getting complicated. Set in the year 1972.
