In the year 2065, Dash is a Precog, a person who can predict future events. 10 years ago, a program that attempted to stop crime gave Precog powers to Dash, his twin, Arthur, and their foster sister, Agatha. Now that the Precrime Unit has been dismantled, Dash struggles to hide his Precog abilities so that he will not be used by dangerous people.
