Overview
Dave and his friend Stoney are teenage losers, often the target of bullying at their Encino, California high-school. While digging in his backyard, Dave discovers a block of ice which later melts to release an ancient caveman. Dubbed 'Link', the caveman goes on to wow the high-school crowd with his knack for being cool. Bully and jock Matt, who is dating Dave's love interest Robyn, is determined to ruin the new kid and put a stop to Dave and Stoney's sudden rise in popularity.
