Overview
Miranda, a small-town nurse with a good life, is set up on a blind date with a man named Kevin. After she is attacked and raped on the night of her date by "Kevin", she finds that he lied about who he was, and he is quickly arrested. She writes letters to him in prison, demanding to know why she was attacked, but each letter is returned unopened. Unperturbed, Miranda begins to visit her assailant in prison, going as far as to develop a relationship with him while trying to put her life back together.
