Overview
Vin Serento runs an illegal underground street racing gang on the streets of Los Angeles, and their newest recruit, Lucas White, is secretly an undercover cop. The gang plans a heist against kingpin Juan Carlos de la Sol, an eccentric man of means who keeps his cash not in a bank, but in a Taco Bell in the center of town. Vin and his crew gotta get furious, and fast, so they can steal the entire Taco Bell right from under Sol, at really, really high speeds.
