Overview
Dope is about a nerdy high school senior named Malcolm who lives in a tough neighborhood in Inglewood, California. The neighborhood is full of drug dealers and criminals trying to make an easy dollar, but Malcolm is a straight arrow who plans to move east to attend Harvard. Then, one night when he goes to a party with his friends, he gets involved in a series of misadventures where he must use his wits to survive on the streets and in the process learns who he truly is.
