Overview
Henry Lee Bishop is on death row for a killing spree involving young girls in his home. Years later, that home is used for a website based on the killings. A young girl starts a web-based chat room where she'll roleplay some of the more gruesome murders for her viewers. One of the viewers is a young deaf boy who believes that the scene he's witnessed is an actual murder. A detective finds out that the murder is real and questions Bishop in his jail cell where he couldn't possibly have murdered the girl, but perhaps he knows something more than he's telling the police.
