Overview
A violent gang of criminals is preying upon the city, focused on taking what they want by any means necessary. Criminal mastermind, Nam, and his team brutally target armored vehicles and seem unstoppable. The police are always one step behind, but veteran police inspector Liu is determined to catch this crew and stop their reign of terror. Faced with the reality that he may have to compromise his ethics to do the job, Liu makes a deal with ex-con, Tou. The former criminal agrees to infiltrate Nam's team and help bring them down. Tou is looking for a peaceful new life with his girlfriend, but must first travel back into the ruthless world he's trying to leave behind.
