Julian is fresh out of jail and hurting for money, so he forms a plan to get rich. To make matters even seedier, Julian will be delivering the goods to Cyrus, an old enemy. The Canadian government starts pushing for the legalization of marijuana, a move that could break Ricky's illegal dope business, so Ricky decides to make the trip to Ottawa to argue against decriminalization. Bubbles participates in the trip in an effort to claim his inheritance. The trio of misfits is followed by Lahey and Randy, who hope to lock up the three troublemakers for good. |
