Overview
A waitress and aspiring model, Katie, is raped and abducted to Bulgaria after answering an advertisement for a modeling shoot. She is tortured and raped by a group of brothers, and when she escapes to the police, the officer mistakenly turns her over to the brothers' mother thinking she is from a rape crisis center. After being left for dead in the sewer system, she escapes a second time and initially intends to go to the American embassy, but decides instead to return for revenge. She tortures and murders two of the murders, but as she is attempting to kill the third, he tries to strangle her. The policeman returns to kill the third brother and arrest the mother for her part in the crimes.
