Overview
Russell Stevens witnesses the death of his drug addicted father during a robbery gone bad. His father warned him to never be like him. Stevens takes this advice to heart and is now a successful police officer. Special Agent Gerald Carver recruits Stevens for a special undercover drug sting. Stevens goes deep undercover as a crack cocaine dealer. Stevens gets arrested, but his case is dismissed. He soon uncovers a drug network that includes corruption within city departments. His court appointed lawyer, David Jason, brings him deeper into the inner belly of the drug ring. Stevens is partners with Jason in a synthetic cocaine scheme. Meanwhile, drug kingpin Hector Guzman avoids arrest by being useful to the FBI. Stevens goes rouge to take him down.
