Overview
After Dr. Cara Hardin's husband dies, she begins to question her religious beliefs. However, her faith in science remains untainted. To make her open up her mind to certain psychiatric theories, Cara's father introduces her to a psychiatric patient named Adam. Adam has been diagnosed with multiple personality disorder. While studying Adam, Cara finds that his other personalities are those of murder victims. As she digs into Adam's past, she realizes that she and others close to her are in danger of becoming victims of Adam's twisted mind.
