Overview
During World War II, a band of Russian soldiers find themselves lost in eastern Germany. While roaming the countryside, they uncover a horrifying secret. A scientist is operating a hidden lab funded by the Nazi regime that is using studies from Dr. Victor Frankenstein. Body parts from dead soldiers are being combined with steel to create a military super race. The Russians are challenged to stop this last desperate attempt by Hitler to win the war and claim victory in Europe by unleashing an army of Frankenstein monsters on the world.
