Overview
Canadian cop Louis Burke faces off against a dangerous maniac called the Sandman in a derelict house. Burke nearly dies but he manages to put a stop the Sandman with a bullet. More than a year later, Burke becomes part of a task force to investigate a string of mysterious murders in the Harrison Penitentiary. Burke goes undercover as a prisoner while lawyer Amanda Becket plays the part of his wife. He experiences absolutely horrid living conditions as he makes friends and finds clues inside the prison. More unexplained deaths occur as Burke and the other inmates fight to find the truth.
