Overview
Nick Malloy is an emergency medical technician who has a very checkered past. He is helping people now, but that has not always been how his life has gone. While he is working one of his shifts, Malloy starts to see signs that his past may be coming back to haunt him. It does not take long for Malloy's fears to be confirmed as he finds himself playing a 12-round game of life and death with a vigilante that Malloy used to have dealings with years ago. The vigilante makes things personal when he brings Malloy's wife into the equation. With his back against the wall, Nick Malloy must fight his past and defeat the vigilante to save his wife and get his life back.
