Fathers Charlie Hinton and his friend Phil are doing great working at their cereal company, until they unexpectedly get laid-off. With Charlie unable to pay for suitable childcare anymore for his son Ben with just his wife's income, he and Phil decide to open up their own daycare center: "Daddy Day Care". The customers are apprehensive, but decide to give these men a shot with watching their children. The fathers are soon joined by Marvin, a Star Trek nerd, and the adventure ensues as these 3 caring adults try to nurture and entertain ever-growing crowds of rowdy, quirky, rambunctious yet adorable youngsters. Through their fight against their competitors to keep Daddy Day Care alive, Charlie learns what it means to be there for his son. |
