Overview
Julian is an American living in Bangkok, Thailand, where he uses his boxing club as a cover for his drug organization. When his brother, Billy, brutally murders a young streetwalker, he falls into the grasp of a ruthless policeman named Chang. Chang find the prostitute's father, and stands by while the father takes fatal revenge for his daughter's death. In exchange for killing Billy, however, Chang takes one of the man's arms. When Billy's mother arrives in Bangkok to claim his body, she confronts Julian and demands that he take revenge on those responsible for his brother's death. However Julian is reluctant to carry out his mother's orders, not wanting to fall deeper into the twisted circle of vengeance.
