Overview
Knight of Cups was directed by Terrence Malick and is the story of Rick, who is a Hollywood screenwriter trying to understand the odd occurrences happening in his life. The life of anyone in Hollywood can be filled with money, fame, drugs and excitement, and Rick loves to indulge in all of it. Eventually, he can’t make heads or tails of what’s real and what’s simply an illusion of the lifestyle. The film is named after the tarot card, which represents a romantic artist who likes to adventure.
