Overview
Douglas is a teen in the 1960's trying to make it as a musician. His life is told by his sister who watched all his struggles. Douglas starts out as simply a drummer and a back up singer who suddenly finds himself as a front man when he shuns the limelight. He is given a large opportunity in the business and has to make some hard decisions. There is the high society girl who Douglas has fallen in love with and his blue collar father who believes that Douglas should do something with his life to avoid the regret that he himself has fallen into.
