Overview
FBI agent Sarah Ashburn is eagerly seeking a promotion. Sarah is being sent to Boston to expose the identity of the cagey drug lord Mr.Larkin. She plans to unravel the mystery of his identity by hunting down his go-between Rojas. Sarah is told she has a good chance of getting the promotion if she locates Larkin. When Sarah gets to Boston, she discovers Larkin has taken over and Rojas is in jail. She goes to visit Rojas in prison to get information on Larkin. During her visit, she is told to tread lightly in the investigation because the cop who arrested him, Shannon Mullins, is aloof and possessive. Things heat up when Sarah and Shannon finally meet. When they're forced to combine their efforts to catch Larkin, an unexpected friendship develops.
