Best friends and neighbors David and Paige Walling and Terry and Cathy Ostroff live on Orange Drive, in a New Jersey suburb, West Orange. They have a comfortable life together as friends and neighbors until the prodigal daughter of the Ostroff's, Nina, returns after being gone for five years. She returned home on Thanksgiving after breaking up with her fiancé. The son of the Walling's, Toby, is successful as well, and both sets of parents would love for them to develop an interest for one another. Nina, however, forms an interest for David, her parent's best friend instead. Once her parents find out about the romance, they are deeply upset and everyone must take the time to determine what true happiness really means, rather than always trying to please one another. |
