Overview
The diabolical wizard Gargamel is up to mountains up mischief, creating a host of tiny creatures called Naughties that he hopes to use to harness the magic that the Smurfs so freely use. The sorcerer is living in Paris and being hailed as a mighty magician, but he is frustrated by the fact that only Smurfs can use the magic he desires, and only Smurfette knows the spell that will turn his minions into genuine Smurfs. His solution, of course, is to kidnap Smurfette and force her to share the spell with him. While she faces temptation from the misbehaving Naughties, Smurfette's friends, both Smurf and human, mobilize to try to rescue her. Can they get there in time, or will it be too late?
