Overview
Living a sheltered life on the edge of the Salton Sea, Lily and Alison are best friends. While Alison seems comfortable with her quiet existence, fifteen-year-old Lily wants nothing more than to escape the lifeless small town. When Lily and Alison are introduced to three kids from the streets, Lily manages to talk Alison into following them on a journey to Los Angeles. Having chosen a path of danger and uncertainty, the two girls are faced with deciding just how far they are prepared to go in order to escape the Salton Sea.
